Had a great weekend getting reacquainted with my wife Cynthia. We had a wonderful time visiting Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park in South Dakota yesterday. She is flying back to Oregon later this afternoon and I am heading south on Highway 85 and then will take Highway 26 into Nebraska.

ReplyDeleteRay - Sounds like we covered some of the same route, but we missed you on our journey. We also went through Teton NP, Yellowstone NP, Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments. We also saw where the Battle of Little Big Horn took place. Very different than how I imagined it. My whole family feels privileged to know you and proud that you are making this journey. Your son was right when he asked you, "What are you going to do about it?" Glad you got to see Cynthia before school starts.
